BOOKING POLICY . To book an appointment a non refundable deposit is required. . It is REQUIRED that a valid card be placed on file. . Deposit funds will be taken from your card on file ONLY if your appointment was accepted. . All card payments will have a processing fee of 3.1% . . Don’t see a time or a date please message me personally to possibly get you in. . Please make sure you have correct email & phone number on file. Confirmation & consent forms will be sent. Consent forms will need to be filled out before appointment not during your appointment. . Email & text will be sent confirming that I have either DENIED or APPROVED appt. . PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHOOSING THE RIGHT DATE/TIME. I can not just move your appt to a later time in the day because you did not click the right time. I might have other clients throughout that day. . If you need to change or add a service please TEXT me 24hrs before your appointment to be sure there is enough time to squeeze in added service or change. CARD INFORMATION . A Valid card must be put on file . Your NEVER FULLY charged in advance of a service. . You will only be paying for a deposit . That information is only a placeholder and is there to make sure my time is protected. . Your card will only be charged if you CANCEL/NO SHOW etc. PAYMENTS . Remaining balance can be paid in exact cash . Payment accepted through website, tap, apple pay & all major credit cards accepted. there will be a 3.1% processing fee . Cashapp & Zelle also accepted . Please plan ahead if you need to stop by an ATM . ARRIVAL . No extra guests No children . Once you have arrived please wait in your vehicle & message me that you have arrived. . Phones on vibrate or silent. LASH CLIENTS . Arrive with clean lashes . No makeup, eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, lash glue residue. If you arrive with dirty lashes a lash bath is needed & a $10 fee will be added to your balance. . If you need to change your set let me know 24hrs prior to appointment. . If you need to add a removal PLEASE let me know 24hrs prior to your appointment. . No contacts. . No caffeine 2 hours prior (causes eyes to flutter) LASH FILL POLICY . Fills are to be done 2-3 weeks from last scheduled appointment. (21 days) Anything past 21 days will be considered a full set not a day more. Ex:Your last appointment was Dec 8th the last day to come in and get a fill is Dec 29th Pre book your fills to avoid passing the 21 day mark. . 40 - 50% of lashes must be left to be considered a fill. If you can count your lashes you will be charged a full set. . I ask that you do NOT show up to your fill appointment knowing you need a full set. If you are needing full set you must let me know 24 hours in advance. No Foreign fills! I do not work over anyone elses work. BROW LAMINATION . It's a 3 step serum perming solution treatment that processes/relaxes the brow hair, resulting in a versatile brow that can be worn fluffy, straight, arched or sleek. This service lifts your natural brow hairs upwards for a more enhanced fuller look without the need of applying brow gel. . Lamination can last up to 4-6 weeks depending if pre care and after care have been followed. It is highly recommended that you wait 6 full weeks to laminate again to avoid over processing. .Must be 18+ years old. Lamination is suitable for normal-full brows since this perming solution uses your brow hairs only. Disqualifications •Pregnant or breastfeeding. •Using retin-A or retinal. •Ultra sensitive skin. •Have current broken skin. •Have active eczema or psoriasis near brow/eye area. HYBRID BROW TINT . Hybrid brows is an innovative blend of brow tint and brow henna offering the best of both worlds for clients wanting to achieve something more temporary. It stains the skin giving an appearance of light fronts and dark tails for a natural fade similar to a makeup look. . hybrid tint can temporarily stain the skin roughly up to 5-10days and can dye the hairs up to 4-6 weeks. This can vary depending on your skin type, tint color/depth and general lifestyle. NATURAL BROWS & LIP BLUSHING ( I ONLY work on natural looking brows if your needing something thats not NATURAL looking I can not help you) Example : thin line brows, high arch brows • Brow Procedure time - 3-4 hours • Lip blushing 2 hours . Anesthesia - Topical numbing cream • Recovery time - up to 14 days • Discomfort level - Mild to none • Lasts - Up to 3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and after care. . Arrive with a bare face. (No makeup) . Do not intake alcohol, caffeine or blood thinning medication 24 hours prior to appointment. . No recent Botox in the area . No recent chemical peels . No recent fillers CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR MICROSHADING . Liver disease - high risk of infection . Compromised skin near brow area . Skin conditions like psoriasis, dermatitis, etc. near the brow area . Pregnancy/ Nursing . Chemotherapy/ Radiation . The following medical conditions require a note from your doctor giving consent: . Diabetes Type 1 and 2, high blood pressure, autoLiver disease - high risk of infection • Any other medical condition that causes slow healing or a high risk of infection-immune disease, thyroid / Graves' disease • Any other medical condition that causes slow healing or a high risk of infection. TARDINESS . If you know you are running late, please text me so I know you anticipate on coming. . New clients I suggest you leave a couple mins early to avoid traffic & or being lost. . 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee. 15 mins late your appointment will be canceled and 50% will be charged to your card on file. Deposit will be forfeited & a new nonrefundable deposit will be required to rebook. **Please be considerate in others appointment time, I also want to respect your time aswell** RESCHEDULING . If you need to reschedule it must be done 48hours prior to your scheduled appointment & within the same week of appointment. Ex: if your appointment is on Saturday 27th you must reschedule same week Wednesday 24th. (Failure to reschedule 48hours prior 50% will be charged to your card on file and new deposit will be required.) . Same day rescheduling will result in 50% service charge and new deposit will be required. . You are to only reschedule once from the initial appointment scheduled for the deposit to transfer. **Please be considerate in others appointment time, I also want to respect your time aswell** CANCELLATIONS . If you need to cancel it must be done 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment (failure to cancel within the time frame, 50% will be charged to card on file) . Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service with card on file due to inconvenience. NO call / NO shows will be charged 75% of service. Failure of doing so will result into being banned . You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through text. . **Please be considerate in others appointment time, I also want to respect your time aswell** You will be banned from booking if you do not follow policies. OTHER INFORMATION . Please notify me during your service that you want me to make any alterations, once you are leave i can not make any adjustments. . Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel it must be done 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment (failure to cancel within the time frame, 50% will be charged to card on file) . Same day cancellations will be charged 100% FULL AMOUNT of service with card on file due to inconvenience.
